Every Domino Has a Story

My very dear friend Herb has this incredibly intuitive theory that he's been describing to me for years. Now he's materializing it into something more than a theory and has asked me to be part of that transformation. I am honored and touched. I hope that I can embody the concept by devising a topple of my own. I remember clearly the day he described topple one to me over lunch. The passion and enthusiasm in his voice and eyes was beamed across the table to me and I have since been thinking ... What *am* I passionate about in life? What really matters to me, especially as it relates to impacting other people? How can I turn that into the first domino in a topple? Over another lunch, Herb gave me the domino - the physical manifestation of the concept - I repeatedly rubbed off the number as it tumbled around my pocket and he repeatedly tried to make it more permanent - seems my skin oil is fiercely corrosive ;-) I need to find a place where it reminds me to think about setting big things into motion. I will! I've delightedly hopped on the topple-two bandwagon and am looking forward to the experience of buying a stranger dinner. But that's just the tip of the iceberg... or is that the tip of the domino? So my current thoughts about what I'm passionate about: Blood donation, Helping beautiful young people transform into beautiful young adults (currently doing it through scouts), finding inner peace, seeing beauty in life around me, working with others to grow as a human being, my wife and my children. Well that's enough out of me - let me conclude with my thanks to Herb for involving me and my thanks to you for reading my story. Or better yet, the first chapter. Peace be with you

I'm tipping this domino by passing it on to my dear friend Mot. Mot, we've always had a unique and special connection with each other. I know that in your hands this domino will find a way of creating an enormous amount of energy for Domino Theory. Have fun with it, and that's for your incredible friendship and support.
